IST3 Single Phase Uninterruptible Power Supplies (1-10KVA) are AEC’s range of online double conversion UPS and are tower UPS in power ratings from 1kVA up to 10kVA. The IST3 UPS series adopts the most innovative IGBT technologies, providing up to 96% efficiency and unity output power factor.
AEC’s IST3 model is a single-phase tower UPS | uninterruptible power supply with online double-conversion technology.
IST3 turns out to be the right product for a variety of uses: UPS for electrical substations (complying with UPS standard CEI016) UPS for stores.
Uninterruptible power supplies are available in models with internal batteries or combined with external battery cabinets for longer runtimes. 6kVA and 10kVA UPS include manual bypass disconnect switch to enable proper maintenance. The USB card is included, and the product range is covered by a 3-year warranty.
This type of UPS is ideal for the protection of payment systems in commercial activities, e.g., cash registers, ATMs and automatic payments inside stores.

In the 6-10kVA uninterruptible power supply group, the device can be configured with either 16, 17, 18, 19 or 20 AGM VRLA lead batteries via the RS232 port. The tower UPS units with the indicated power ratings include a bypass switch that can be used to put the device into maintenance mode.

Accessories
When purchasing UPS IST3 (1-10 kVA), which complies with the UPS cei016 standard, the USB board is included in the price. It allows the UPS to be connected to all the latest generation PCs via the appropriate port.
