FERRUS UPS is AEC’s single-phase double-conversion online UPS series, available in tower format with power ratings from 1 kVA to 3 kVA.

The series is based on IGBT three-level inverter technology, delivering efficiency up to 94.5% and a unity (1.0) output power factor, allowing full active power delivery.

FERRUS UPS systems are available with internal batteries or can be configured with external battery cabinets to support extended backup runtime.

The UPS operates with single-phase 110/120 V input and output and features automatic frequency sensing at 50/60 Hz, ensuring compatibility with different power sources

UPS Online double conversion

An Online Double-Conversion UPS constantly converts incoming AC to DC and back to AC. This means your devices always receive clean, perfectly regulated power with zero transfer time—there’s never a moment of interruption, even during a blackout.

In contrast, a Line-Interactive UPS usually runs on mains power and switches to battery only when voltage swings too far, causing a brief interruption of about 2-10 ms.

 

Smart LCD Display

The integrated LCD display offers real-time visibility and complete control over all critical UPS parameters. Users can easily monitor input, bypass, and output voltages, load status, battery level, frequency, temperature, and communication settings-all from a single interface.
